10-pin Bowling
10-Pin bowling nights at Charrington Bowl, Tolworth (12+ welcome with adult).
This is no longer a planned regular event but is a good venue for a men's night out - please feel free to organise your own men's evening if you can generate sufficient interest at a suitable time. Dates can be advertised here 'as and when' - just let us know!
We also have a "portable" skittle alley if you want to hold an occasional Dads & Lads skittle evening at the Church Centre.
In our commuter-oriented society, with pressures of business and family life, etc. It is often difficult for men to meet in a social context. The Hogsmillmen exist to meet this challenge with the following aims:
- To explore what it is to be a Christian in a postmodern world: to better hear the call of Christ and his intention in this day and age.
- To make friends both in the church and outside the church.
- To value all equally, regardless of creed, whether they choose to follow Jesus or not.
- To challenge one another to become the person Christ wants us to be.
- To make a positive difference in whatever community we find ourselves.
Listed alongside are our regular events - please book the dates in your diary. All men are welcome to any event but there is absolutely no pressure to attend.
