AnxietyExploring Anxiety & Depression

10 week course at St. Paul's, Northey Avenue, Cheam, starting Wednesday 26th February at 7:45pm.

This course seeks to provide helpful perspectives in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, but does not provide counselling or therapy. Professional and experienced speakers will help us tackle the effects of anxiety and depression in our lives. There is also ample time for discussion.

New Beginnings New Beginnings

New course at St. Paul's, Northey Avenue, Cheam, starting Thursday 27th February at 7:30pm.

New Beginnings is a support group for anyone who is suffering from divorce, separation or a broken relationship. The aim of the group is to help people to come to terms with the past and make a fresh start in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

The group is free, based on Christian principles, but not Christian promoting and is open to everyone. For more information, contact St. Paul's church.

Rise! Take Your Mat and Walk

This year's service has been put together by the women of Zimbabwe and will be held at Stoneleigh Methodist Church on Friday, 6th March at 2pm (followed by refreshments).

The service is open to all.

There will also be a Bring & Buy coffee morning at Ruxley Church on Thursday 27th February from 9am-12noon. Money raised will be given to charities supported by WDP in countries around the world.

Help support the local community library in Stoneleigh. Creative activities are held for all the family throughout the year and volunteers are also needed to help in the library for a few hours every fortnight.

(This is the group that used to meet in Stoneleigh Community Library, but due to expanding numbers have moved to Stoneleigh Baptist Church Centre from November 2018. Limited creche facilities are available)
