Prayer

Join us for prayer together ...

prayer hands

  • Every Saturday morning, at 8:30am
  • On Monday mornings at 10:00am (monthly) to pray specifically for our church leaders - next meeting on 2nd September 2019. (Contact Andy Draycott for venue details)
  • Monthly prayer day, 7:00am to 9:00pm. The church centre will be open for people to come and go throughout the day, which will be split into sessions with different prayer themes covering the various ministries of the church. Everyone is then encouraged to come together in the evening to pray together as we seek God to move afresh in Stoneleigh Baptist Church and in the local community. The next prayer day will be held on Wednesday 4th September 2019.
  • Generally on Wednesday evenings at 8:00pm (alternate months), the next meeting will be held on 21st August 2019

spiral-sunPray for the Summer

Pray this holiday season for our leaders and young people on various camps, holidays, missions and holiday clubs etc. and all the opportunites that a temporary Christian community gives, such as service, fewer distractions, role models, commitment, injection of faith, questioning and heightened expectancy - most of all the opportunity to meet with the Lord Jesus Christ in a new way.

Prayer for the street

prayer for the street

This is an organised initiative for us to gather the needs and requests of our community and pray for them on a monthly basis.

House to house visits are generally made on the 3rd Sunday of each month, with the resulting prayer requests brought before the church service on the following Sunday morning. Our next visits will be on
Sunday 18th August 2019 at 3:00pm.

Please contact us if you would like to be involved.
